How we do it
The workshops are intended to help the estimated 70%* of employees struggling to find their balance between providing proper care to their children, siblings, aging parents, and other loved ones with special needs, their workplace productivity and self-care.
The interactive workshops help company HR leaders think through impacts of addressing family care on their business, helps supervisors use best-in-class language and processes and helps employees better deal with family caregiving.
